PERSONAL NUTRITION CONSULTATIONS
Your first visit, which lasts about 60 minutes, is for us to establish a holistic picture of your current health & lifestyle, your medical history and health goals.
We analyze your body composition using the most precise equipment, review blood tests, and if needed, recommend more advanced tests. Through understanding of your current nutritional status, we will then formulate a treatment plan together based on agreed targeted goals, to replenish depleted nutrients and addresses potential imbalances.
Follow-up visits will be recommended, which typically last 30 minutes to review progress.
If you have a referral letter from your doctor, we will provide an update to your doctor for seamless healthcare management.
Verena’s main interests lie in women, infant and child nutrition. In addition, she has experience and expertise in cardiovascular health, diabetes and metabolic diseases
