What does a Dietitian feed her family with?

Today’s post is all about FOOD! Since early this year, I have lined up a series of thematic blog posts relating to nutrition – from deconstructing popular diets to nutrition in babies and childhood.

However, since the outbreak of COVID-19 pandemic, my plan to post my thematic articles have taken a backseat as the demand for nutrition-related news have shifted to all things related to immunity as well as the popular search for easy recipes and indoor exercise workouts.

Another observation was that since Circuit Breaker started on 7 Apr 2020, it appears that everyone has unleashed their inner Master Chef and started posting their culinary creations on social media.

In keeping with this current trend, I have decided to post photos of my humble kitchen creations. To be perfectly honest, it is darn difficult juggling work from home, home-based learning and taking care of the 2 children at home. Hence, I try what I can, to come up with easy to prepare family favourites to feed the hungry tummies at home.

Enjoy the food photos. If anyone is keen on the recipes, please feel free to drop me an email at hello@pinnaclenutrition.com.sg
